Safe Rating: This means that the parameter is either not present in the water sample, or is present with very low quantities that don’t represent harm towards people in reference to public water and health standards.
Cautious rating: This means that the parameter is present in the water sample. Due to fluctuations within testing procedures, water quality, and various other factors, it could be possible that the parameter may change in your water. Upon a cautious rating, we advise users not to be alerted but to be aware, pursue solutions that normalize the parameter, and to test their water again for follow up.
Risky rating: This means that the parameter is present in the water sample within higher ranges that one or more limit referenced by a public water or health standard. Upon a risky rating, we advise users to immediately take action towards normalizing the parameter within their drinking water.
